Frequently Asked Questions

How much will it cost?

It really depends on your goals and the level of support you’re looking for but most of my clients invest from around £5 a day into their health and fitness.

It’s more than just a programme - it’s an investment in you: your strength, confidence, and energy to show up as the best version of yourself (for you and your family).

Can I train at home or at the gym?

Either! My programmes are fully tailored to you, whether that’s training from home around nap times or fitting sessions in at the gym. Whatever setup helps you stay consistent, I’ll make it work for you.

What home equipment do I need access to?

If you’re a beginner, you don’t need much at all, a set of dumbbells, a long resistance band and a mini band is plenty to get started.
As you build strength and confidence, I’ll guide you on how to progress your equipment setup when you’re ready.

How long does the programme last?

That depends on your goal, whether you want to rebuild your strength post-baby, lose body fat, or simply feel fitter and more confident.
Most clients start with a 12-week block, but many choose to continue beyond that once they start seeing and feeling the results.

What type of support do you offer?

You’ll be fully supported every step of the way. Here’s what’s included:

  • Daily check-ins for accountability and support

  • Weekly progress reviews

  • Bi-weekly coaching calls to keep you on track

  • Monthly programme refresh to match your progress

  • A fully tailored training programme to suit your lifestyle and goals

  • Lifestyle and habit coaching

  • Support with mindset blocks and challenges

I’m with you through it all, to help you stay consistent, feel supported, and start believing in your own strength again.

What about nutrition?

You’ll get plenty of guidance and support with your nutrition — no restrictive meal plans or quick fixes. I’ll teach you how to build healthy habits that fit into real life and last a lifetime.

We’ll focus on understanding what your body needs, how to nourish it properly, and how to create balance so you can still enjoy the foods you love.
Meal plans are available too, if you prefer more structure to help you get started.

When can I start exercising after having a baby?

Every woman’s recovery looks a little different, so there’s no “one-size-fits-all” answer, but generally, once you’ve had your postnatal check-up (around 6–8 weeks after birth) and your healthcare provider has cleared you for exercise, you can begin gentle, guided movement.

My approach focuses on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor strength safely first, before progressing to more intense training.
Even if you’re months - or years - postpartum, it’s never too late to start feeling strong again.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. You don’t need to have any level of fitness or experience before starting, that’s what I’m here to help you with.
Every programme is designed around your current ability, energy levels and lifestyle. We’ll start with where you’re at and build up from there, safely and sustainably.

You’ll be amazed at how quickly your strength, confidence and energy grow once you start moving with the right guidance and support.
