About me

Hey, I’m Reena, a mum of two, personal trainer and founder of Strong.

I’ve been into health and fitness for over 10 years now, but it didn’t start that way. Back then, I had a realisation that I wasn’t really looking after my body… I was tired, disconnected and just didn’t feel good in myself. So I made a change.

Training quickly became my sanctuary. I fell in love with getting stronger - both physically and mentally. That feeling of being strong made me feel invincible. I became obsessed (in a good way!) with how movement made me feel.

When I got married and fell pregnant with my first baby, I was still at my fittest. I trained and ran safely throughout my pregnancy, but after having my baby… everything felt different. I felt lost, unsure how to rebuild my strength or how to properly look after myself. I just didn’t feel like me anymore.

After a while, I decided enough was enough. I started putting myself first again by making small, sustainable changes that helped me get stronger, nourish my body, and feel good mentally. And with time, I found me again. I started showing up for myself and that helped me show up better for my family too.

That’s why I created She’s Strong, to help other women, especially mums, do the same.
To show you that you can feel strong, confident and capable again - without punishing workouts, guilt, or restriction. Just real, sustainable changes that make you feel your best.
